That's nicely done and very appealing Tessa. Good work.

Another beauty Tessa. Like the movement in this one.

Lovely loose painting. Particularly like the trunk of the tree - really solid and strong. Also fascinated by the (unintentional?) "phantom pheasant"!

Thank you Jim, Carole and Gronwy for your lovely comments. Pheasant? Ah yes well spotted Gronwy: I could claim it was intentional but....! There were numerous birds around, well used to human company, swans, Egyptian geese, pelicans etc, but sadly no pheasants!

Great little painting Tessa. Painting plein air is so difficult, you have mastered it here.

Two great paintings Tessa, super work on both.

You’ve really captured the light and colour of the day.

Thanks so much Alan,Maureen,Dennis,Margaret and Teresa, for your generous comments. Can’t wait to get out there again if only the weather would buck up!

Oooo....Tessa, you’ve got some wonderful brush work going on in this one. Love the flicks and daubs of paint....gorgeous?

Lovely work, good range of tones and colours.

Very nice Tessa. Lovely colours.

Thanks so much Fiona, Margaret and Stephen for your lovely comments.

A second painting 12 x 10” oil on board painted last Wednesday. Wonderful setting and amazing weather, especially when you think what has followed since!
