Love how you have painted the indistinct foliage Tessa and focused on the shed,which is full of character and many stories I bet.

I like an old shed as well Tessa, yours is a smasher! Love the different colour and texture of whatever is keeping the roof on and the way it nestles into the surroundings.

Finding old dilapidated buildings off the beaten track can be a little goldmine for an artist. And you certainly found one that day Tessa. Well done.

Painted in oils over three days, from a photo taken on a lockdown walk a few years ago. On board 10x8”. I love an old dilapidated shed! It seemed mostly held up by Ivy.
