Ah yes I know what you mean about gardeners. My hubby being one, would whip it out on sight! But I agree with you, it’s rather lovely and so is this. Bold and beautiful.

It's glorious Sylvia, great painting but not such a great plant as it strangles everything in sight.

Beautiful, Sylvia! I also love this hedgerow plant with its large trumpet shaped flowers - there’s a huge amount of it growing locally at the moment and I love seeing it on my daily dog walks.

The fence where my art club meets is covered in this stuff and it’s rather beautiful, much like your drawing Sylvia.

There is a lovely flow to this Sylvia. You can find art anywhere if you look hard enough. I think weeds are often prettier than flowers.

We used to call the flowers pixie hats.i do like seeing them bloom over neglected walls but I do appreciate that they are also a gardener’s nightmare. A beautiful drawing Sylvia.
