The subtle colour and markmaking are what I like here Sylvia. There's quite an antiquated feeling to it all, like it!

Hang on Studio Wall

This has been on my bathroom wall for ever. It’s one of my very first life drawings, coloured pencil on cartridge paper. Penny was wonderful ( sadly no longer with us ) long nails ,henna hair , green eyeshadow and big rings. She was one of those models who just “got it right” . Fast asleep ,still looking good and got paid for it... Brill. Sorry about white line on her tum , I photographed it over the glass...
