Mixed media - A friend and I were walking the country lanes near Margaret Roding, Essex, when we came across this beautiful old watermill. i had just come down from Yorkshire and i love the moors with their stone walls. So, this is a scene of a watermill with a wall in front. 17" x 21" framed size. I have used oils, acrylic paint, handmade pressed paper, ink, and even dried bamboo grass. the effect on the whole worked out beautifully.
