i saw the postcard of this painting in Bonnieux Provence and decided i had to paint it in watercolours on 400 gms paper. i had to add the vibrancy of the acrylic - the reds - to bring out the full vitality of the scene . Great fun as initially got a bit lost with the multiplicity of colours but then it came together. Size is around 24" wide .
