Thanks David and Alan. I have to confess the idea for the moon came from watching a Fred Cuming DVD but that is where any similarity ends as I can only watch what Fred does with awe and admiration. No hope of even imitating his incredible talent.

Wonderful. Really love this. This pulls me into my own memory of walking somewhere calm, in the field of Edinburgh, feeling the magical delicate lavender sky. I also love Fred Cuming, a touch of romantic colour palette and sentimental mood! I was just about to get his dvd!

Thanks Yoko, I have two Cuming DVDs 'Atmosphere of landscape' and 'The Art of Fred Cuming RA'. The former shows him painting on location but I find both inspirational although daunting knowing I can never match what he does.
