Zulu – ‘You’re all going to die!’ by Steve Pannell

I love this film for Michael Caine’s performance and Bromhead’s casual comment “ Well, chin-chin Do carry on with your mud pies.”. Great painting Steve.

My hubby’s favourite film, I couldn’t say how many times he has watched it! Very good likeness of all characters Steve. Well painted.

Superb painting, great likeness and the best film ever made 👍

Very clever and very good! (A great movie too)

Thank you very much for your comments. Yes one of my favourite movies too! "Damn funny. Like a train... in the distance"

Superb likenesses and really well painted.

Brought that great film to life Steve. All the characters alive and beautifully painted. "Zulus, to the south, thousands of em". A mate of mine loved that expression so much he used it as an identity on line.

This evokes so many memories , used to be my dad’s favourite film. Great film, great artwork 👍🏻

I'm not sure I've ever seen the whole film - but the painting is really good!

My latest oil painting design and composition based on the 1964 movie Zulu – ‘You’re all going to die!’ starring Stanley Baker, Michael Caine, Jack Hawkins and Ulla Jacobsson. Outnumbered British soldiers do battle with Zulu warriors at Rorke’s Drift.
