Very clever and very good Steve

Excellent painting and the characters a very recognisable.

Superb character - and great film

A superb painting

Not that I'm saying you should have crowded them in, but Frankie Howerd, playing a barrow-'boy', and Jack Warner, playing - of course - a policeman, also appeared in that film. Nicely brought back to us.

A great piece of character painting Steve. Love the varying expressions. Smashing work.

You captured Herbert Lom excellently Steve.

Thanks to everyone for all your supportive comments! I really enjoyed painting this! I don't think I had room to fit anymore characters on the canvas LOL

Excellent character work Steve.

Based upon the Ealing comedy 'The Ladykillers' starring Alec Guinness, Peter Sellers, Cecil Parker, Herbert Lom, Danny Green and Katie Johnson. Oh and General Gordon as the Parrot and Milton the Cockatoo!
