Many thanks everyone for your encouraging comments. Thanks Helen for the invite, it's just getting past those little Yorkshire terriers at the border control that's the tricky bit! I think they are trained to sniff out the Lancastrians! No always enjoy wandering around Saddleworth and Holmfirth etc.

Painted this at the art group last night in pen and wash, from an old photo. Lydgae is a lovely little village a few miles east away, just over the border into Yorkshire. Luckily Imanaged to sneak past the border patrols!
