The way to the hills.

You are on a roll at the present time, Stephen. I like this a lot as it has more colour in it than some of your past inktense sketches. I must admit I have never tried using inktense.

Thanks David, I have perhaps been posting too often lately. I think I am a bit bored in these rather taxing days. At least the local art group has started up again.

This is beautiful, the addition of the blue greens works really well

Many thanks, Alan and Heather.

Once again Stephen another excellent painting, your paintings are alway good to see.

Keep them coming Stephen!

A real sense of depth.

Lovely Stephen.

Nice one Stephen and I agree with David about the more colour. If I may be so bold to suggest - I feel your painting could do with a something foreground interest like a large tree trunk/branch across the sky. Until you get almost half way up the painting to the hedge and figure, there is nothing to catch the eye. I am reluctant to make critical comment but I often wish people would do so on my paintings! Others pick up on things I don’t see.

Many thanks Michael, I see what you mean about the foreground.
