I made a fundamental error when starting this. I used the wrong side of the paper, but did not realise until I I did a test colour strip on the reverse. I found that with my coloured pencils I could not get the intensity of colour I needed and had to resort to pastels and white ink to finish it. My own fault for using cheap paper.
