Architecture in Landscape

Have watched this progress on the forum. I really like it Linda. The colours of the barn are great.

Well you should always select your own colours Linda, that’s why we are artists and not photographers, so no issues there. This is a good solid painting!

Many thanks Alan and Hilary. Perhaps I might try another landscape. It is about time as I have been avoiding them for a long time.

Been watching this on the forum Linda and I really like the colours you have chosen, each part of your painting compliments one another.

I have found that it’s always better to follow your gut feelings regarding colour. This works very well Lind. Like the windows on the barn and the shadows .

Excellent painting, it was nice seeing it develop. I very rarely follow the colours , most times you instinct works , it has on your barn.

Thank you so much Linda Carole and Dixie for taking the time to comment. It makes it all worthwhile.
