2020 - Watercolour and Pastel - cm 26x26 In my still-lives I like to use objects that I love and know well. The small toy teddy bear on the left belonged to my brother and it is balanced by the black vase with the snow drops growing in the garden. A powerful lamp allows me to change the direction and strength of light until some interesting shadows and reflections are created.
