This has caught my eye, Sian, evocative of the swirls of wet leaves in Autumn...wobbly lines and all! Keep going.....

Hi Sian, like the shape and the colours but try to keep the colour mixes clean and wait until the colour underneath has dried before putting an other coat. I have a feeling that you have been rushing with this one or you have tried too hard. Let yourself be free and enjoy! Satu

Thanks for our honest advice, Satu. I am most grateful to get it. I was rushing and next time will wait for a coat to dry. I tried to improve it by changing the background to cobalt blue when working on the cadmium red which would not cover anything- but the orange is still awful and the dark green looks like badly painted black ! I will try a new one.
