Painted this from a photo I took when in Suffolk last year - again with no preliminary drawing. The paint used is Luna Blue from Daniel Smith and was the reason I painted the barge. The paint has an amazing ability to granulate and seperate int a soft grey and turquouse. Adding water makes this happen- love watching paint do it's thing!
