Oh, but I think you might have done her justice here as this is a superb portrait, full of joy. Gorgeous dog who definitely needed to be painted! Also, lovely use of watercolour.

Great title which describes what you have caught perfectly. A superb painting full of movement and joy. Isn't it wonderful to see them have bursts of pure happiness at that age? Giving my 11 yr old Greenleaf tablets has really put a spring in her step.

I have arthritis too, but can still manage a gallop of glee every now and then! I shall have to try these Greenleaf tablets - that's the great thing about dogs: they don't let their aches and pains get them down..... you've caught the joie de vivre of this character.
