I think I'm the opposite Seok, I do need to plan. This is a beauty, it really is, all the textures coming through, love it.

Lovely work for an unplanned painting.

Yes Seok I am the same if I plan too much they can look too contrived and stale the way you have treated this is engaging and a gem

I go for the Reds I think Seok.

A very mystical figure, Seok - I think you are right that often the best works come out of the unexpected. This is a very striking work - loads of impact with the red and white.

Great original graphic image

A lovely accident Seok - it has a real air of mystery to it.

Lovely . Good to see the differences in these.

It's so surprising how differently they all turn out Seok! This is excellent, you must be so pleased with it. I love how the black marks have produced shadows and given the body shape and form. I haven't had any time yet to practise but have a few ideas after reading your comments and researching the on-line info.

For an unplanned piece Seok this is a really nice wok, sometimes I find its the unplanned paintings that turn out well, and this one has certainly done that .

Thanks so very much, everyone! I usually am an inveterate planner with all of my paintings, but nothing seems to go as planned with these monoprints, so I am trying to let loose and let go!

This has real class Seok - love it<br />

Thanks very much, Lynne!

Another of those happy accidents. I had been picking up leftover inks from my plate and noticed that the marks on the paper had some potential. Things seem to work out better for me when I don't plan or think too much.
