Terrific, Michael.

great work it must have taken a lot of research to get the details right.

This is so well executed very interesting painting Michael.

This is great, I like the subjects of both aircraft and coast, A scene well captured, and the stance of the chap in the foreground speaks volumes - 'godamit'

I agree with Seth. This is terrific! It reminds me of stories my Father told me of when he was a boy , during the war and living in Sheringham seeing one of our planes loosing power and having to glide around back to the sea and make a very smooth landing on the sea. The fishermen were in their boats and rescued them all. The day was calm and the sea was still which, in itself was amazing for Sheringham. LOL.!

Great, I like the context.

Acrylic on MDF. Finished today despite the heat. Acrylics drying very fast. An exercise in using local colour. The aircraft are a Wellington Bomber and two Westland Whirlwinds.
