Looks good , like the added colour.

You’re getting the hang of these linocots Sarah. Lovely

I think this is looking very good!

Love the shapes, lines and design of this Sarah.

A striking image - good work, Sarah!

Nicely done, Sarah!!

Good work Sarah.

I like the colour. It's worth giving reduction lino printing a go, where you colour, print and carve away in layers, destroying your original image.

Thank you Paul, Martin, Heather, Stephen, Valerie, Carole, Anne, David, Chris and Bobbie- really appreciate your comments. Thanks Bobbie, think that's the way to go for a first attempt!

With or without colour, I like this - in fact, I think I prefer it just plain black and white: would make a good card, book-plate, or book's dust-jacket: black and white gives it impact. It still has that with the colour wash, but - I like it stark.

Thank you very much Robert- I had a few disasters with the colouring process so it's very much a work in progress! But I too like a monochrome image, especially as it forces you to think about shading etc. Thanks again for your comment.

Such an interesting image, Sarah

Thank you very much Thalia!

A coloured version of the oak linoprint. I haven't braved the methods for colour printing yet! I have used archival stamps to add a bit of colour here.
