Well this portrait has been a bit different for me. This is the beautiful Daisy, who is sadly no longer with us. She loved this particular spot in this tree and her owner wanted to remember her there. She was very obscured in the reference photo, so I was unable to do my usual 'detail fest' but I hope the natural surroundings have given the painting the added depth it needed. Oil on board, 12 x 12"
