Theres a dream-like quality to all the portraits ive seen painted by you and again as i said about the other portrait you have a gentle softness in your style. Alot of art is quite garish even in old masters but here you give us a real serenity of image.

I do like your work Sandra and it is nice to see someone else doing life drawings/paintings. I will keep an eye open for more of your postings. From a technical point of view could you include what medium you have used for a particular drawing as it is not always easy to tell. Hope you don't mind me asking this.

Stuart.... sorry about that, it is oils on linen , a small canvas I think 12 x 16 approx.....much smaller than usual for me....this I found quite difficult ,, my hand is not steady enough , nor my eye sharp......however I persevered and this was the result.....I use liquin these days as I like the soft sheen.. thank you for your comments.
