I agree with the above. My advice would be: do not put too much background in, to accentuate more the beautiful rabbits. they are wonderful!!!

Oh Ruth it's looking quite beautiful now. What a lot of work in it but so effective. I hesitate to suggest a little more contrast of tone in the shadow areas when I know it's not quite finished.

Great texturing, and the eyes are full of life. Excellent. As with previous comments I would use caution with the background, so not to overpower or detract from the great work you have already achieved.

I should be terrified to add any more to it, but you're a braver woman than I am (er, did I mean that...?). Beautifully done, looking forward to the final result. Good paper, by the way, isn't it? Not that I can achieve on it anything like this, but credit where it's due - it is a pleasure to work on.

Thank you all very much or your comments, very very encouraging. I am pleased that it seems to be working out well so far. I'm taking my time on planning the background...two print-out so far with trial runs! And Robert, you mirror my feelings exactly...I'm plumb scared!
