Jan, Gabs, Kim....nostalgia.
Another time, another place and finally, closure on a work begun three decades ago. I'd already drawn and roughly painted them in but to finish it I had to rely on a faded photo graph taken at the time for 'back up' as children are not known for their ability to keep still for more than 10 seconds. Everything else is painted from life. Now the photo is destroyed, the children remain but somewhere else. Oil on canvas 58cmx40cm
