I like the way you have hard and soft edges and also love the contrast between the bright orange of the pomegranate and the dark almost mysterious tones of the jug. And yes, I suffer from the summer doldrums (and the spring and winter sometimes too!)

Thank you for recent comments...I'm beginning to struggle with themes but have only another 9 canvases to use so anything might happen...the probability is that it won't. Does anyone else suffer from mid summer doldrums? It's ok...you can tell me...no one else will know! Oil on canvas 40cm x 30cm
