I can see Alan’s influence Roger. Must admit I struggled with the title until I read through your explanation!

Well I’m not sure that you’ll learn an awful lot more from myself Roger, you already produce some very accomplished work. Good balanced composition here, strong tones and super complimentary colours, those foreground tracks are incredible! You’ll need to introduce some of those same colours into the foreground trees of course, I’d call this a good first sitting, and take it several stages further!
