I like all your work, Stephen, but these vintage ship scenes really hit the spot for me. Beautifully drawn and painted. The way you do the rigging is so good, very faint lines but enough to register.

One thing I notice about your paintings, especially the ones of subjects such as this....they invoke the sounds and smells to go with the visual. Fabulous piece Stephen.

I get a real sense of movement from the painting, a moment in time leaping forward.
