It looks a bit spooky, Robert. Not sure I'd visit if you lived there, but you've certainly captured the whiff of decay and abandonment perfectly!

Even scarier image of the house - I hope I am not invited for tea!! Wonderfully well conveyed feeling about this rather grim looking house. It seems to have a tale to tell...... but I am not sure I want to know what it is as I might not sleep tonight.

You certainly have a good imagination Robert! Tell you what though I do like this, not just for the colour but also the impasto feel to the laying of paint you have use.

It reminds me of the image I have of an old Victorian asylum Robert.....full of despair and hopelessness. Love the limited palette.

I think you must have lived there in another life!!!

All those empty eye sockets! Atmosphere of abandonment and sadness but love the forground textures and colours.

Another view of the house I dreamt about - looking slightly grimmer than last time, if anything. Oil sketch on Daler Rowney oil painting paper, again done for an art-shop demo to test the paper.
