He is charming. Robert - a Winnie the Poo figure in fact - reminds me of him but with a smaller tummy. I still have the dolly I was given for my 5th birthday - it's nice to have these reminders of past days.

What a lovely subject, Robert. I still regret giving away my own dolly to my nieces (never saw it back) and not keeping it as a reminder or for my grand children to play with.

You're bringing back a lot of memories now Robert! Good drawing as well.

Lovely ted, I can see a slight rat look in his face your favourite pets;)

A delightful piece, beautifully drawn.

Rupert Cordeux inspires me in all sorts of ways, but his drawing of his brother's pet lion reminded me of Christening Teddy - Ted was presented to me on my Christening (Baptism, if you prefer) back in 1950, by the Minister's wife. He was the constant companion of my infancy, and being made out of leather, he still survives today. He tells me he desperately needs a clean bow-tie, and of course I shall see to this urgently.
