Love it - I might be tempted to crib it for my Valentine's card next year (not really - wouldn't dream of pinching your idea!) It's a great logo and very nicely painted too if I may say so.

Very clever logo Robert!

Great painting of the rats and linking the tails like that was inspired for the result you needed

This is great, love it.

For the love of rats! you soppy man :o)) This is cute, even I could fall for them.

great one Robert I love the rats/// in the seventies I was a member of the British mouse club and bred champion mice, I travelled about to fur and feather shows around Lancashire and York's,.so you like their big brothers

Absolutely love it and you got me hooked on "Love Rats" too

Hee hee ... I did like the "you soppy man" comment: quite right, too.... I'll let you into a soppy secret: I don't call them rats: I call them Furbies...... It gets worse, doesn't it?

Aw, you old romantic, really nice to see something different! As you know, I used to look after the school pet rats, Robert; I'm sure you'd apprecaite my Roland Rat collection too!

A rather endearing image considering I'm not overly fond of rats. My daughter is though, she kept pet rats when she was away at university as she was missing the dogs ?!

I can understand that: that is, both that you're not overly fond of rats, and also that your daughter found them a consolation for the lack of dogs. I was VERY resistant to rats, until I actually got one, for reasons with which I shall not now bore you; I was fortunate that our first rat - The Great Ralph: see my POL blog avatar (New Start) - was a complete gent; gentle, affectionate, playful, intelligent, and oddly dignified. I miss him, you know, even now - some 19 years after his death. They don't live long enough, but they have character - and one that's comparable to though not the same as that of dogs. Look up Love Rats on Facebook: it IS a bit sentimental, but you'll see how much they can mean to people. End of advert for rats......

And Caroline - I would indeed appreciate your Roland Rat collection: paint it, draw it, show it!

I do like this :)

I was asked to do a logo for the Love Rats page on Facebook; rather than do a diagrammatic sort of thing I thought I'd give 'em a real watercolour sketch; it's gone down well with them; might not go down well with you, but I can but tempt your tastebuds.
