This is just a wonderful drawing, one I'd be very pleased to have on my wall. The tonal contrasts are superb, and you absolutely capture the sense that this is a part of a much bigger reality. When you can draw a picture as well as this, you don't need colour. And I love drawings anyway!

A graphite wash on Blockingford tinted water colour paper.I used a Brush pen in the park its self to start this work and finished it back at the digs.I really like the water pencils and they work great when you are out and about sketching . You can put them in your pocket or pencil case but are able to do little wash studies like this.
