Derwent Inktence pencile crayons, washed on to a tinted Blockingford water colour paper. For me these are the best water colour penciles ever made . They are as light fast as water colour ,do not pick up when over washed and are very bright. Some people are put off by this brightness but it is easy to dull but very hard to birght when you have lost that first fresh brightness. My advice, paint bright, soften and dull if required later.I simpley wash the colour from the sticks and gently built the washers up.Great fun.
