I like this style and painting a lot Richard

Love this one Richard, the colours and style are similar to some of the Van Goch paintings

I learn from the works of both Van Gogh and other impressionists such as Monet, Gauguin et al. It is a constant learning and experimenting cycle. My partner likes my pen and wash drawings but I find those pedestrian by comparison.

A stunning piece, with lovely nuances and subtle shifts of tones and hues. Beautifully composed and executed.

A landscape of a cider processing shed at a guest house in Wales where the owner had orchards and made "knock your head off" cider and perry. I added the figure to enhance the landscape painted from a plastic tent in the pouring winter rain. The style is my neo-impressionist way to paint in oils or acrylics.
