I always wanted to draw or paint a kingfisher, but! Without any reference? It wouldn't work with me, but one day, I saw the incredible photographs by Caroline Legg on Flickr. And it all began there. Her photos inspired me to create this hyperrealistic drawing. I am incredibly grateful to Caroline for allowing me to use her remarkable photographs as a reference.
