Just a lovely composition and super use of a limited palette. Very balanced painting as well as the tonal range is excellent which is always the sign of the artist making good decisions.

Love the loose misty feel of this Sarah, you have still achieved some lovely tonal contrasts.

Thea, Carol and Seok, I'm so very glad that you all like this painting as it isn't the usual blue I use but I rather like the overall effect. The photo did bleach out the pthalo blue colour a bit and so I am very happy that you like it :)
