Jamie, Carole and Fiona thanks for your lovely comments. Jamie, I get the impression that we live in the same part of the world. I'm about half an hour from Cley and also from other North Norfolk coastal areas .

So am I and I love the colours and the skies, but I have never tried painting it all. Don't think the dogs would sit still long enough. I love yours though, so I shall content myself with looking at those.

Christine, thankyou for your comment. What a small world it is! I too, usually have a couple of dogs with me when I visit the coast. (Alas! down to one now who doesn't need so much exercise ). Luckily enough this day I drew this from the Cley Spy center having a nice cuppa and piece of cake. It was very interesting watching a storm approaching from the sea, which I tried to portray in the sketch but not in this one. :)

Another beautiful piece, Sarah. It has such a mellow, sunny feel.
