Val, isn’t it always the I know in my own experience it would have been the dogs dinner option! This however is NO dogs dinner, love the limited colours you’ve used and the way you have described the water running into the bowl....and the shadow of it, brilliant my girl!

Looks very nice Val, love the way you have painted the different textures and also the water flowing into the trough

you should be pleased Val lovely piece

Nicely executed , love all the texture work. Glad I'm not the only one that paints on the rear of failed attempts. Does that mean you've produced this on the "off side" of a watercolour sheet !

Thank you so much Fiona, David J, David H, Trevor and Russell for taking the time to leave your generous comments.

Very well executed Val, love the water reflections and shadows, brilliant.

I can hear the water! Lovely sensitive painting full of detail, terrific.

Thanks Carole and Willie much appreciated.

Val this looks wonderful. The way you have depicted the water looks fab and the stonework is so clever. A super painting.
