Just what we need at this time of year - a ray of sunshine. Beautifully painted and very striking.

Thank you Lesley, Thea and Carole. We had all the seasons in one here in central Scotland yesterday. Torrential rain followed by snow then back to rain, winds, then glorious sunshine late afternoon for awhile and woke up to frost this morning!

Lovely Val , such bright colours for watercolour I thought it was acrylic at first glance, you may not believe it now but you can have too much sun, In Perth, West Australia we have had a very long hot summer , the countryside is tinder dry and we have bushfires to the south and east of us sometimes I long for a litle UK weather, not a lot but a little. : )

But yoy wouldn't for long William! You'd soon long for the sun!!! Yes, Val, thank you for providing the sunshine in Winter. This is a wonderful little painting of a sunflower. I like the mottled green background too to launch the flower forward. Great stuff. Jx
