Captured beautifully.

Beautiful painting John, I like the colour in the foregroung and the play of light and shadows in the background agreeng with the title.

Nicley done John real feeling of depth and that "whats beyound there" feeling. great pallet and I like the way you have used the contures of the land to enclose the distant spot, it gives it even more of a secretive nature, nice one.

lovely work John your tonal contrasts are excellent you have captured the moment really well love the foreground flowers and grass

I like the spot of light further down the path really lovely.

Beautiful! The texture and colours are lovely too John.

You have really captured the light well in this lovely painting John.

Beautiful, John, I love the fresh colours and sunny feel to it, especially where the light has caught the path bottom right.

I've viewed these two paintings the wrong way round.....you know just looking at this pathway that there's something special beyond the shadows. Lovely John.
