Acrylic on canvas board 20x16 inches. Commissioned for a woman whose brother lived out in Dubai and wanted a scene which incorporated The Tay Road Bridge and The Law Hill which as an extinct volcano towers above the city. I had a stock photo from online and turned it from day into night. I painted this using mainly a palette knife as I wanted texture in the painting. I hope that this scene still gives him pleasure today.
