The Hedge by Peter Mullins
I am trying to find a style I enjoy and can get to be good at. I spotted an ent-like figure in a hedge in North Wales, a heavily pruned and gnarled tree that looked to me like it needed to be in an Arthur Rackham line and wash drawing. I had a go; this is the result with Indian ink and watercolour, 16 x 12 inches.
