I like this one best Peter, thought the other one at first but this one shows up the train better without the trees behind. Both good though.

A tricky subject. I think I prefer the composition of the other one, but there is no doubt you "caught the train" much better on this version. So this one gets the like!

Thanks to all of you for your comments. This is my favourite as well. There is a pretty obvious inaccuracy in the other version which only came to my attention after posting it but I'll leave it there.

Another version of the same scene already posted. I have used slightly less colour in my approach to this painting instead opting for a slightly more monochrome style.
