Daphne looks so elegant and her wispy fur has so much beauty with that hint of sienna and burnt umber and bobbles of grey, superb palette indeed!

A Standard Grey Poodle. This picture was my first using Polychromos as the main pencils but it was combined with The Derwent coloursoft and artist range. Although they are oil based and the Derwent are wax, they really did work together well. Support was D/R heavy duty cartridge paper, size approx 36 x 26cm. Photos supplied by owner.
