Excellent painting Peter and welcome to the gallery . I watched you doing part of a painting at Hemel earlier in the week I was quite taken that you were not using masking on what was a intricate painting.

Amazing work - saw your post on the forum and took a look at some of it - surprised that some are up to 4 ft square.

Thank you all for the kind comments. Martin Cooke - yes, I use acrylics. Once my paintings are drawn up and paint mixed (I mix all the different shades in advance, doing colour tests to ensure an even gradient) it's like painting by numbers (!!!) so I need the paint to dry quite quickly so that I can get on with the next colour
