Inspired portrait Claire, the beautiful washes suit the youthfulness of your lovely subject. Can't tell if its a likeness of course, but she certainly looks alive !

I love the gradual change over from colour to colour (almost like a rainbow) - very difficult to achieve well, and you have done this brilliantly.

Personal and obviously 'someone', not just anyone. I agree with Joseph about the transition from cools to warms - original and effective.

This is a watercolour painting of my little girl. She is gorgeous just the way she is but wanted to add some colour to my neutral living room. Therefore like many of my paintings recently, I painted it in bright vibrant colours. I hope you like it.
