It feels good to work with just a HB pencil sometimes. The model had her mouth a bit to the side which doesn't always translate well into a drawing, it can look like the artist has got something wrong but I think I got away with it. I like to show my workings out, just like all my brushstrokes in painting. Graphite can look dead, its quite grey and dull so by showing the artist's strokes you keep some life in it, try to resist blending graphite in or else you can deaden your drawing.
