Another beautiful painting with great clarity of colour. Do you use Chinese paints or ordinary water colour paints? Looking through your gallery I'm thinking that you are teaching yourself and that Jane Dwight's book is a good source of information. It's not one of the ones I gave myself for Christmas, maybe I could persuade myself to get it for Easter. Seriously, do you recommend it? The remark by Phil Kendall on this painting is very encouraging isn't it, but the one about keeping the wrist and elbow still has me thinking that I can only move the shoulder? Your portfolios are a joy to look through.
