Lovely zingy colours and really satisfying shapes.

How did you get those reds? They hit you right between the eyes - almost like a painting on silk.

Thanks for your nice comments everyone!........I think I used Liquitex Cad Red with a touch of Cad Yellow and then glazed with Alizaron Crimzon acrylic ink, Robert ........can't be sure tho' as it was earlier this year!

I really like the composition and the strong colours, glazed with ink, I will have to experiment with that, Thank you Patricia.

Thankyou William for looking at my artwork...........I was thinking of this painting today and remembered that I also 'knocked back' the leaves at the corners with a watered down blue acrylic ink ,as it was so busy at the edges, which was taking your eye all over the place. Cheers Pat
