I absolutely love it Ronnie. The difference in mark making between the distance and foreshore give a real sense of depth. Your choice of Raw Sienna was inspired! Great work Glyn

Ronnie Bailey sent in his version of Glyn's painting challenge saying: 'This was a 25 minute effort but I didn't have a yellow ochre to hand so used raw sienna instead. Can't say I like the ultramarine sky but I tried to follow instructions! Nor do I have the suggested brushes so it was a question of make do. It took me about 1/2 hour to find my glasses and a piece of suitable card before I got started so not really a quick exercise after all! I have liked the challenge of painting with time restraints, certainly taxes the brain and my temperature soars, almost a question of painting stripped off - strange how it has such a physical effect!'
