Jane Young sent in her version of Glyn's May challenge saying: 'I had a great time tackling this picture. I started with the Burnt Sienna which seemed to give a warm glow to the whole picture. I kept the Prussian Blue runny so that the Burnt Sienna would show through. I enjoyed varying the thickness of the white and blue for the river, finishing with thick heavy-body Titanium White applied with a palette knife to give definite texture for the ripples in the busy part of the river.'
